You will need bottles of wine to gift to your relatives and some paper or card. White card does work best with these pregnancy labels but if all you have is paper this fine too.

All you need to do to grab your free wine bottle tags is click the link to download your free PDF. 

There are two sheets with six different wine bottle tags for you to choose from.

Cut out the ones you will use with scissors, and then cut out the circle (which is the hole for the wine bottle to go through).

Now simply fold the labels around 1cm below the cut out circle and place over your wine bottle.
