IMG_3273.JPGI love this recipe. It goes down a treat with our two year old and mum and dad love it too! It’s dead easy to make too.

Makes enough for 4 adults or 6 toddler portions

400g turkey mince or ready made meatballs
Jar passata or tin chopped tomatoes
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs (I use Schwartz Italian seasoning)
One carrot peeled and diced
Low salt chicken stock cube



If making own meatballs simply shape turkey mince into 12 equal balls about the size of a golf ball.

Fry meatballs in a wide saucepan until browned all over (roughly 10 mins).

Add tablespoon of mixed herbs and stock cube. Stir to break it up.

Add white wine vinegar and allow to bubble for a few seconds.

Add passata and dash of Worcestershire sauce.

Add carrot.

Bring to boil. Lower temp to a gentle simmer for 20mins.

Cook spaghetti according to pack instructions.

Use tongs to pick up cooked spaghetti from the water and put in pan with the meatballs.

Mix together and serve.

Will freeze.
