Halloween is big news in our house and the kids absolutely love to dress up.

They often put me to the test with their very specific requests for outfits – one year my youngest asked to be a flamingo.

Whatever they decide they want to be I know we will have such a good time dressing up!

I often raid Amazon for ideas, just to save me time, but I remember loving the costumes my mum made me as a child so much. They really were the best, and so much fun.
