I use this letter on Christmas Eve – however if you want to put off your Elf’s last day until Christmas Day then that’s totally up to you!

These can be cut out and placed in Elf’s arms, or propped up next to him. Or you can stick them to cocktail sticks using tape.

If you’re in a rush and have no access to a printer, just copy out the words of the letter onto a piece of paper. They’ll love it!

To present your kids with the Elf on the Shelf’s last day letter printable there are a number of cool ideas you can try.
Put your Elf by the tree and roll up the letter, tying it with a ribbon if you have one, then pop it into the Elf’s arms.
Or the Elf could be on the dining table where your child eats breakfast with a delicious Christmas Eve morning feast – think hot chocolate with marshmallows and pancakes with syrup – holding the letter.
The great thing about using a simple letter is it’s very easy for you to put together but it’s also something your child can keep as a lovely memory of all the fun Elf gave them.

They come on a single sheet of paper that you can download in PDF format and print at home.
The feature a variety of messages which you can use altogether or individually, it’s up to you.
They’re great for kids who are just starting to read as the messages are pretty simple.
I like to print these off and cut them out, then stick the signs to cocktail sticks using tape.
This makes them much easier to place, either in the Elf’s arms or around the Elf.
