Elf on the Shelf Labubu Disguise - A Funny Idea for Kids

Are your kids hooked on Labubus? The little ugly but cute dolls have been absolutely everywhere this year.

So if you’re looking for a trending idea for your Elf on the Shelf this Christmas, then a Labubu-inspired one is perfect.

If you do not have a Labubu, then worry not. You can download and print my free Elf on the Shelf Labubu mask and make Elf into a Lafufu (the term for fake Labubu), or we could call him Elfufu! Find it at the end of this post.

Your Elf on the Shelf could interact with Labubus if you do have them. Here are a few ideas to steal!

Candy Ransom: Elf ties Labubu up with string or ribbon, holding a sign: “Leave me 3 candy canes or Labubu stays with me!”
Jar Prison: Put Labubu inside a mason jar with Elf sitting on top like a guard.
Tape Trap: Elf has taped Labubu to the fridge or a wall with painter’s tape, grinning.

Want to dress your Elf as a Labubu? Once you add my printable mask to your Elf, then you can hang your Elf from your child’s backpack or bag like a Labubu charm.

To add the mask to the Elf, I just printed off my mask template, cut it out and added a glue dot to my mask. I then stuck it to Elf’s face. It comes off when you’re done really easily.
